The rules for using Notice Radius and the address lists it produces.

These terms cover your use of noticeradius.com.au and the tools on it. The site is operated by Faith Computing Pty Ltd, ABN 94 138 361 510. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Notice Radius takes a job address and a radius, and returns the addresses that fall inside it. You can view that list, download it, or print it as labels. It is built for notifying neighbours about work, events and disruptions, where someone walks the street and puts a notice in each letterbox.
It is not a mailing list service, a marketing list, or a source of information about the people who live at those addresses.
You may use a list to notify occupants about something that affects them, by hand or letterbox delivery.

Notice Radius does not obtain, hold or pass on any person’s consent to be contacted. Nothing you get from this service gives you consent for the purposes of the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, or any other law about direct marketing.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you use an exported list, including privacy, spam, direct marketing, telemarketing and trespass. If your work requires you to notify neighbours in a particular form, within a particular distance, or by a particular date, meeting that requirement is on you. The tool helps you find addresses. It does not tell you what your obligations are.
The address data is supplied to us by a third party and we pass it on as we receive it. Addresses can be missing, out of date, or recorded at a point that does not match what is on the ground. The dataset records physical address points, not postal delivery points, so some entries have no letterbox at all.
Check the list against what you see on the street. We do not warrant that a list is complete, current or correct, and we do not warrant that using it satisfies any notification requirement imposed on you by anyone else.
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be available at any particular time. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may limit or block use that is automated, abusive, or outside these terms.
The site, its design, its code and its text belong to us or our licensors. The address data belongs to its owner and is used under licence, as set out on the Data & Licensing page. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or of a list produced by it, including lost profit, wasted expenditure, penalties, or a claim brought against you by someone else.
If you use a list in a way these terms prohibit, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our costs and any loss we suffer as a result.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
