What Notice Radius collects, why, and what we do with it.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Notice Radius is operated by Faith Computing Pty Ltd, ABN 94 138 361 510. In this policy, we and us means that company, and the service means the website at noticeradius.com.au and the tools on it.

In short

You do not need an account to use the radius tool. We do not collect the names of the people who live at the addresses the tool returns, because the address dataset behind it does not contain them. We keep basic server logs so the service stays up and is not abused, and we keep anything you send us when you get in touch.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
  • We do not attach names, phone numbers or email addresses to the address lists the tool produces.
  • We do not build profiles of the residents at the addresses returned.
  • We do not use the addresses you search to market to anyone, and we do not pass them to anyone who will.

Where the address data comes from

Addresses come from the Geocoded National Address File, a public dataset released by the Australian Government. Geoscape Australia, which produces it, states that it does not contain personal information or details relating to individuals. It records where addressable locations are, not who lives at them.

Our Data & Licensing page sets out the source, the licence conditions, and what you may and may not do with an exported list.

The NSW fireworks display register

The service republishes the register of approved fireworks displays maintained by SafeWork NSW, and adds a map position to each entry. This is public information about approved displays and the businesses conducting them. If you are listed and want your entry reviewed, contact us at privacy@noticeradius.com.au and we will look at it, though the underlying record stays with SafeWork NSW.

Security

The address database is not reachable from the public internet. It sits on a private network behind an access controlled interface, and only the website server can query it. The site runs over HTTPS. No system is perfect, but we do not hold the kind of personal information that makes us an attractive target.
