A job pass suits a one-off job, like a single renovation, a street party or a fireworks night. It covers one list and the full notice pack with no subscription. If you send notices most months, a yearly plan usually works out cheaper and gives you more lists, a bigger radius and room for your team.
It is a PDF you can keep on file or hand to council. It shows a map of the radius, the streets covered, the full address list and a signed declaration of how and when neighbours were notified. Each report carries a QR code that opens a public verify page, so anyone can check it is genuine.
Yes. Every notice design comes in colour and in black and white. Black and white is cheaper to print in bulk and still carries your logo and contact details. Notices come out one per address, already in walk order.
Yes. The Agency plan includes several brands, each with its own logo and business name on the notices. You pick the brand when you build a job. If you need more brands than your plan includes, extra ones can be added.
If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us from the email address on your account and let us know what happened. We will look at it with you and work out the right fix.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Plans renew automatically and you can turn that off any time in your account. Download the same job again within 7 days at no extra cost. Radius and address limits apply together, so a list stops at whichever you reach first.
