G-NAF lists physical address points, not postal delivery points, so a small number have no letterbox. The licence permits these lists for hand delivery, where the person delivering sights the letterbox on the walk. For posted mail you must verify each address against a second source first.

One line for each street or part of a street. Leave the numbers blank for the whole street. Good for water main runs.
Upload a CSV from your outage system, or paste addresses, one per line. Columns for address, suburb, postcode, unit and a critical flag are picked up by name. Rows with a latitude and longitude are matched by position.
Upload GeoJSON or KML. Areas, pipe runs and single points all work. Lines and points get a margin so the properties beside them are included. For a shapefile, export it as GeoJSON or KML first.
Hospitals, dialysis patients, aged care, schools, food businesses. Paste their addresses, one per line. They are included in the job and marked on a separate list. A critical column in an uploaded CSV does the same.
