Who it's for

The job is always the same shape. Something is about to happen at a point on the map, and the people nearby need to know before it does. Only the radius and the wording change.

What they all have in common

You need a defensible list rather than a guess, you need it quickly, and afterwards you need to be able to show what you did. The tool gives you the list and printable labels. On a job pass or yearly plan it also gives you a signed notification report and a notice for every door, each with a verify QR.

Check your own conditions first. Councils, certifiers and network operators set their own notification distances and notice periods. Where they have specified one, use theirs rather than anything general you read here.

Start with the address

Whatever the job, it begins the same way.
